• Don't double click on files in the recovery software window. This could corrupt the image by trying to open it.Save them to a separate drive and then open them.
• Never save data to the same disk that it is being recovered from.
• Make sure you have full administrative privileges.
• System requirements: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP - Minimum of 64 MB RAM - Minimum of free hard disk space as large as the media you wish to recover - A mouse - An SVGA or better monitor - You may also need a card reader for your media if the camera is not supported as a removable disk device.
